Introducing DFW-area Chiropractor, Dr. Jon Bell

DFW-area chiropractor, Dr. Jon Bell

Hi, my name is Dr. Jon Bell.  I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Flower Mound, Texas in the spring of 2004.  I attended Fullerton State University on a football scholarship, studying Business Finance.  I went on to Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, earning a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

I first became interested in Chiropractic as a patient.  At the age of sixteen I was having difficulty competing in sports due to various injuries as a high school athlete.  As a last resort, my mom took me to see a Chiropractor and under his care I was able to continue with my athletic career on through college.  I became fascinated with the hands on holistic approach to health and the impact Chiropractic techniques had on me personally and that is when I began to consider the Chiropractic profession.

Upon completion of my Chiropractic studies I started practicing in Laguna Beach, California working with my long-time Chiropractor and mentor.  Under his wing I was able to learn the nuances and intricacies of a specialized Chiropractic technique called Chiropractic Biophysics.  My mentor was an instructor in the technique, which applies Physics principles to the spine in order to make long term structural changes allowing for proper function of the spine and nervous system.  What really attracted me to this field of study was the demonstratable difference in a person’s before and after x-rays.  I was able to make consistent and reliable corrections that allow for dramatic changes in a persons health and well-being.

I went on from practicing with my mentor in Laguna Beach to opening my own clinic in Anaheim, California and began practicing next to the “happiest place on earth” (Disneyland of course).  There I worked closely with athletic and personal trainers, helping athletes with sports injuries and athletic performance.  In Anaheim, I was able to work with a very diverse group of patients from all different age ranging from newborns to geriatric patients.  I am continually working to develop my knowledge and understanding of the human body and the techniques available to further enhance wellness and health.

I have a wonderful wife Che’ and three children Alexandria, Tyler and Zach who I am very proud of.  Each of my three children have been adjusted since birth and now look forward to “adjustment time” at home.  In addition to working as a Chiropractor I also Pastor a local church and have been blessed to serve the body of Christ in that role.

I am very thankful to have the opportunity to work at Trinity Wellness.  Having been around Chiropractic and Chiropractors now for over twenty four years, I am continually impressed at the level of care offered at Trinity Wellness and the individual approach taken for each patient.

Thanks for visiting the site and I look forward to meeting you.

Dr. Michelle Asks some important questions of interest to Dallas residents - Chiropractor Dallas Dr. Michelle Asks...

Where do most Dallas residents get their first subluxation?
Being born in a hospital is a common source of subluxation. Trauma from forceps delivery has been replaced with drugs, vacuum extraction, Cesarean section and births that are "scheduled" to fit the workweek routines of Ob-Gyns. That's why we recommend a chiropractic checkup for every Dallas newborn.
What is the significance of "growing pains?"
Chiropractors know that aches or pains at any age mean something's not right. In fact, many children go through stages of growth without aches or pains. So while "growing pains" may be common, they're not normal. That's why our Dallas chiropractic practice sees lots of children. A chiropractic checkup for your child can often help detect and correct problems that are more difficult to correct in Dallas adults.
