Trinity Wellness Center, P.C. welcomes our newest team member,

Wilson (Will) Gin, L. Ac., Dipl. of O.M. Master of Oriental Medicine

Hi!  My name is Will and I am a 5th generation practitioner of Oriental Medicine.  I came to Texas as quickly as I could after being born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada.  I graduated from Las Vegas High School and studied architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington.  I grew up in a household that practiced Chinese Medicine, so natural healing and wellness has always been a part of my life.  After a number of years as an Architectural Consultant, I decided to get formal training to make credible my knowledge of Chinese Medicine.  I attended the Dallas College of Oriental Medicine to earn my degree as a Master of Oriental Medicine.

I am licensed in the State of Texas to practice acupuncture and herbology and am nationally certified as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).  I have experience in the treatment methods of acupuncture (body, ear, and hand) with or without needles, moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, herbs, nutrition therapy, and qi gong.

My dear wife, Susan and I have two boys, Jaron and Trevor.  Athletics have played a role in both lives of my boys, so I have volunteered for one role or another in their endeavors.  With my treatments, they have never been out of competition due to injury for very long.  Currently, I volunteer my acupuncture services at Homeward Bound, a clinic for patients undergoing rehabilitation for drug and alcohol dependence.

Dr. Michelle Asks some important questions of interest to Dallas residents - Chiropractor Dallas Dr. Michelle Asks...

What's the difference between maintenance, prevention and wellness?
Maintenance chiropractic care is an attempt to keep a dynamic, ever-changing and adapting organism (you) in a static relationship with your environment. Preventive chiropractic care is mostly about early detection. Wellness chiropractic care is an attempt to optimize our health and be all that you were designed to be.
Can a chiropractor heal?
There's never been a case in which a doctor (chiropractor or otherwise) has formed scar tissue, mended a broken bone or cured a headache. Only you can do that. Turns out you're the doctor! All I do is help remove interferences to your body's healing ability. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
