What to Expect at Trinity Wellness Center, P.C.

Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance. The more you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the better results you’ll enjoy. It’s as simple as that.

Man and woman shaking handsYou will be greeted by our front desk chiropractic assistant and asked to fill out some paperwork regarding your health history and condition. Please present your drivers license and insurance card at the time you are given the paperwork. Once complete, return your paperwork to the front desk. You will then be taken to watch a short 10 minute video regarding chiropractic care. As naturopathic chiropractors in Highland Village, we must first understand your condition. We take a complete medical and social history of your specific condition and lifestyle followed by a comprehensive medical exam and X-rays. Your doctor may order therapy to relieve you of any pain you are experiencing. Our therapist will walk you to the front waiting area where you will close out with the doctor, and present any questions you may have. Your next appointment will be made, hopefully for the next day. We rarely adjust the first day. This is so our doctors can take the time to look at your X-rays and develop your treatment plan. Patients should allow at least 2 ½ hours, perhaps longer if you have a long history of medical issues.

Consultation & Treatment

Chairs in roomThis visit is called your Report of Findings. It is at this visit that you will go over your X-rays and treatment plan with your Highland Village chiropractor. When you arrive to our office you will sign in at the front desk. Before you meet the doctor, you will be shown a second video, which will explain your consultation. After you and the doctor have discussed your findings, you will be taken to the doctor’s office for your first adjustment. Following the adjustment you will have therapy. Once your treatment for the day is complete, you will take your file to the front desk and make any appointments that have not already been made to fulfill your protocol. New patients should allow at least 1 hour for your second visit.

Person receiving adjustmentYou will sign in at the front desk, then place your file in your Doctors door. Your appointment will be about 15 minutes, not including any therapy you may need. After therapy, take your file to the front desk to check out and make any future appointments.

Appointments

We have reserved a special time to help you with your health concerns. We will make every effort to accommodate your time when scheduling. To do so, we will schedule your appointments in advance whenever possible. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule your time. We regret that any appointments canceled without prior notice will be charged a missed appointment fee of $25.00. A missed appointment hurts three people–you, another patient, and the doctor.
